General terms and conditions

Hansedrive Logistics GmbH only works on the basis "of the German General Transport Conditions (Trading)." Where these do not apply for logistics services, logistics Terms and Conditions apply.

In the provision of freight forwarding services for heavy and high volume transports Hansedrive Logistics GmbH also operates exclusively on ADSp.. The implementation of heavy and oversized transport, crane work and rough assemblies as part of transportation or crane work carried out on the basis of the "General Conditions of the Federal Heavy Transport and Crane Work (AGB- BSK )".

Other installation services which do not fall within the scope of the AGB-BSK BSK be based on the assembly conditions (BSK assembly). For ADSp Logistics Terms, Conditions BSK and BSK-assembly, the most recent published version applies.
